We purchased four (4) Adirondack chairs, delivered and assembled units @ 2.5 month after delivery and set up armrest on all chairs started fading and had product bleed through. Have contacted Amazon support which were very helpful and indicated that they would provide a refund. We enjoy the chairs and do not wish to return the products. Informed amazon of the product warranty from the manufacture which as per the owners manual. (1) 30 days to 3 months will replace defective unit due to manufacture fault with a new one. (2) 3 months to 24 months within 24 months we will provide timley and effective on-line after sales service after your purchase. As per the contact information provide by Amazon as well as the owners manual I sent an e mail to [email protected] on October 23rd 12:28 pm as well as October 30th 7:53 am as the vendor does not have a published customer service contact phone number. As of today 7 days after inital message to vendor I have had no contact. All we are requesting are the armrest replacment for the 4 chairs that we purchased. I have provided personal contact information on the messages that I sent to the vendor and will provide an update. hello as an update to the previous message and after many e mail discussions with the Cecarol customer service staff, they have agreed to provide the arm rest for three of the four chairs that we had orderd, as well as a replacment chair. I had inquiried as to why not just a replacment arm rest for all chairs, rather than sending a new chair?? I requested to know if the chair was discontiued as they were only able to provide arm rest parts for 3 chairs. I have received the new chair on saturday December 2nd and will provide an update once the arm rest for the other chairs arrive which is scheduled for next week. The armrest for the 3 chairs have arrived. Update: Have received all items in excellent condition. I want to thank CeCarol employees Otto and Janice for the excellent customers service provided resolving the issues as they were in constant contact with me ensuring that all was in order as well as tracking and confirming delivery for the products. we look forward to using our beautiful patio and CeCarol Andorondiak chairs.
